General Village Information

The Village of Lake Tarpon is a 55+ deeded HOA community with a designated pet area.  We are located on the west side of Lake Tarpon and have a community dock, boat ramp and boat storage compound.  The large club house area boasts a stage, kitchen, library, card room, pool room, bath house and a large solar heated pool.  Maintenance fees include common grounds maintenance and trash pickup twice weekly.
